Bath & Body Works Product Guide

The BBW product guide is an interactive product education and selling behavior training center. In the center, associates can watch scenarios on how to sell to customers, learn the features and benefits of every product, and follow up with knowledge checks to test their skills. The training is built for retail store Point-of-Sale systems and back of house associate computers.
